Holy Fetch! Who knew running could be so hard. This was the first time in a while that I have been able to run. It didn't feel to good, but at the same time I felt mighty fine. The original plan was to try to get 6 miles but my knees were hurting early on in the run, and I could feel that I was starting to get blisters on my toes. I tried to keep an easy pace the whole way with a few breaks to stretch. My average mile pace was 7:12. I ran past a house with about 3 fire engines, ambulances, and cop cars. Looked like there was a fire that they had to put out. From the looks of it, it was a pretty major which gives me reason to believe my mixtape must have been the source of the fire. Always have a bucket of water on hand when listening to that thing. Just some advice. Excited to back into the running grind. (Oh don't mind the shoe milage of 154 miles. I am adding it that way so it's more accurate)
