Today was not that memorable day for running. During lunch I wouldn't stop downing food because I was starving, and I could definitely feel it during my run. The workout was a moderate paced 6 miles. I didn't have my watch so I couldn't keep pace, so Hayden did with his watch. My stomach was not feeling good and and sometimes I just felt like throwing up. Made the run tough, but we still managed to stay under 6:30 for each mile, with our fastest mile being 6:05. No Sports Academy tonight. Me legs are pretty sore from lifting. Gonna go watch the Sky View and Mountain Crest game and maybe chat after with the sv kids. Peace. |
